Martin Hongla participated normally for the entire duration of Thursday's training session, along with the rest of his Granada CF teammates, having fully recovered from a bruised shin the previous day. The talented young defender from Cameroon is now back in the plans of manager Tony Adams, as he and the coaching team finalise plans and prepare the squad for Saturday's encounter with Real Madrid, kick-off 20:45 at Nuevo Los Cármenes.

Technical and tactical work was the order of the day, as the players started the morning session with a practice game on a reduced size pitch, followed by shooting drills. Later, first team players Kone, Tabanou and Samper formed an eleven with players currently on trial at the club, competing in a competitive training match against the Granada B team. During that encounter, French defender Franck Tabanou suffered an ankle strain, which will be monitored by the club medical staff over the coming days.

In the treatment room, Matthieu Saunier (hamstring tear), Artem Kravets (sprained ankle) and Héctor Hernández (twisted knee), all continued their recovery process with the physios inside the GCF Training Centre.
